What is ultimate frisbee? Ultimate is an exciting, non-contact team sport, played by thousands throughout the world. It mixes the best features of sports such as soccer, basketball, and football into an elegantly simple yet fascinating and demanding game. Weekly Pick-up Games Join us for pick-up games! We play almost every Tuesday and Thursday (even in the winter) from 12:00 - 1:00 at the Buchanan ball fields next to the Evergreen Rec Center at the corner of Evergreen Parkway & Squaw Pass Rd (Hwy 103). Beginners & experienced players are welcome - come on out even if you've never played before! Believe it or not, being willing to run is more important than knowing how to throw a disc. Evergreen Ultimate Frisbee Tournament In August 2004, 2005 and 2006, hundreds of players attended our FREE Hat Tournament. Teams were drawn out of A-player and B-player hats. Beginners welcome with "learn to play" clinics before the event. And of course free Peet's coffee, free food and beer. Unfortunately there won't be a tournament in 2008 - maybe in the future.
